Tirelessly made with long fermented sourdough starter, organic whole wheat stoneground flour, local spring water and lots of love. Each loaf is hand shaped and baked to a rich caramel flavour. We like to think of sweet cream when we mix and shape our bread sourdough breads!
Ingredients: Organic premium white bakers flour, organic stoneground white bakers flour, organic wholewheat bakers flour (30%), salt, spring water, organic freshly milled malt flour.
